- SNDA引進歐洲工業4.0智能化生產線,先進工藝和管理模式，以綠色環保制造為前提，嚴格按照EN442制造每一組散熱器
- 選材用料
- SNDA選用歐標EN10130 DC01 A等級冷軋帶鋼板，水道板名義厚度為1.25mm,對流板名義厚度為0.5mm,前處理液采用德國著名品牌漢高，底漆采用美國艾仕得，粉末涂料用荷蘭著名品牌阿克蘇諾貝爾
- 工藝精湛
- 采用汽車專用表面處理工藝，從噴淋，脫脂，無磷酸鹽納米膜技術，再到第二代KTL電泳工藝，再采用表面靜電噴涂，使散熱器超強耐腐蝕，表面噴漆色澤光鮮亮麗持久如新。
- 超長質保
- SNDA鋼制板式散熱器出廠前對每一組產品散熱器都經過13bar壓力測試，提供12年超長質保期，讓用戶安全，放心使用
